St Philips is proposing to develop up to 160 homes at Little Aston Road, which will include the creation of new vehicular access from Little Aston Road, internal roads and car parking, provision of public open spaces, landscaping, attenuation ponds, and other associated infrastructure.

 

The aim of this consultation is to provide you with information regarding the development proposals and to allow you the opportunity to provide your comments on the scheme.
